Although it is the second largest town there is little attention paid to tourism. The main source of income here is the farming of bananas and avocados. Plaza Espana is at the centre of the resort where you will find the Igelsia de Nuestra Senora de los Remedios. La Palma Airport is approx 38 km from the resort.
