The facilities available to guests at the hotel includes a 24 hour reception, restaurant, bar and barbecue area. There is a swimming pool, children's pool, sun loungers and parasols and pool table. The hotel also provides currency exchange, laundry service, safe deposit box hire and taxi service. A variety of water sports are available at the beach including jet skiing and water skiing (local charge).

The hotel offers basic rooms which sleep up to 3 people, all of which are modern, have private facilities, air conditioning (payable locally) and a fridge. There are also 2 and 3 bed rooms available and rooms for sole use available.

The hotel is located approx 300m from the main night life of Gumbet and approx 500m to the beach. Bodrum-Milas airport is approx 40km.
