The villa offers a private pool with terrace area and a barbecue.

The villa features double bedroom on the upper level, double bedroom on the lower level, 1 single room suitable for a child up to 12 years of age, separate WC, bathroom, open plan living/dining area and a kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

There is a TV with local channels.

The resort of Denia can be found 14km away with the nearest shops approx 1km away.
