The hotel is located from the airports of Verona, Brescia, and Bergamo, 95 km, 70 km, and 115 km, respectively.

Include morning gym, excursions, games and evening entertainment, use of indoor pool, fitness room and Health Suite (sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool). Mini club (equipped playground with labyrinth and diving platform), junior club with small tours, games, tournaments, shows, language school and creations, etc are available. Between 15/06 & 15/09 there is also sport animation (will take place outdoors therefore dates depend on weather conditions), walking tours, water polo, volleyball, table tennis & bowls tournaments, yoga and aqua gym. Canoe, kayak, surfboards and bikes are free, subject to availability.

The 216 rooms all have bath or shower, WC, telephone, fridge (without drinks in it), air conditioning, Satellite TV and balcony or terrace. Standard rooms are simply furnished; Superior rooms also have coffee and tea facilities, hairdryer and safe. All rooms can accommodate up to four guests. On arrival day a fruit basket and a bottle of mineral water is offered in room as a welcome gesture from the hotel.

Breakfast (07:30-10:00), light lunch (12:30-14:00, with salads, French fries and one main dish - pasta, rice, hamburger or Wurst) and dinner (18:15-20:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Lunch can also be taken at the pool grill (15/05-30/09) or the beach snack bar (01/07-31/08). During lunch & dinner red & white wine, coke, orange soft drink, mineral water and draught beer are offered. Tea & coffee with cookies or fruit are available between 10:00 & 18:00 at the hotel's main bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like red & white wine, coke, orange soft drinks, mineral water, draught beer, coffee, tea, liquors, gin, rum, whiskey, brandy, schnaps, bitters, vermouth as well as ice cream are served from 10:00-23:00 at selected outlets.
