The facilities within the complex includes tennis courts, walking/jogging track and a play area for the younger guests. There is a golf course nearby (local charges apply).

Each of the villas are beautifully decorated and is provided with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dryer, tea and coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board. The bathrooms are also fully equipped with a bathtub, shower and hair dryer. There is also a spacious living and dining area. Further facilities include a radio, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, air conditioning and heating. Each villas also comes with a private swimming pool.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $500 (subject to change).

The villas are ideally located close to the many attractions Orlando has to offer and is approx 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in the vicinity. Orlando International airport approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
