The hotels are located opposite each other and they are situated just 50 metres from a long sandy beach and 500 metres from the centre of Rethymnon. The hotels are 83 km from Heraklion airport and 65 km from Chania airport.

At the hotel, guests can enjoy 2 swimming pools for adults (one hydro massage), children's pool, once a week karaoke evening (high season) and live music and dancing. Watersports are available at the beach (local charge).

Guests can use all of the facilities of the sister hotel Lefkoniko Beach (50 metres away) including the Horizon Bar and pool bar, the Kalypso Restaurant and the cafeteria. Guests can enjoy weekly Greek nights with a Greek gourmet buffet at the Lefkoniko Beach.

All studios and apartments benefit from air conditioning (local charge), direct dial telephone, TV, kitchenette, private bathroom and balcony. The studios are able to sleep up to 2 people and the apartments up to 4 people.

Baby cots are available on request and count as one person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (7.30 am to 10 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm to 9 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant of Lefkoniko Beach. With lunch and dinner house wine, draught beer, water, soft drinks and natural juices (except freshly squeezed) are served. A variety of snacks are available between 11 and and 11 pm (excluding lunch and dinner times). All Inclusive drinks are served from 10 am to 11 pm and included are draught beer, house wine, local spirits (ouzo and raki), cocktails (two a day), water, soft drinks, natural juices (not freshly squeezed), tea and filtered/instant coffee.

AI meals are served at the restaurant of Lefkoniko Beach. Guests are not able to take drinks to their rooms and alcohol is only served to guests over 18 years old. Only one drink per person may be ordered at one time.
