Le Grand Courlan Resort and Spa rests on the eastern coast of Tobago overlooking the turquoise blue waters of Great Courlan Bay.

For the energetic there are two tennis courts, a nearby squash court and a state-of-the-art fitness centre; and for those who want to relax there is a large swimming pool with swim-up bar, cascading waterfall and whirlpool. Scuba diving from the on-site dive centre is excellent, and the resort can also arrange deep sea fishing or sailing. The nearby 18 hole golf course can be booked by reception and is charged locally. The centerpiece of Le Grand Courlan is it's extensive spa. Located on-property, the spa facility is comprised of several intimate rooms dedicated to rejuvinating massages and facials, a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a full-service beauty salon.

Le Grand Courlan is comprised of 78 rooms, 60 Deluxe rooms either Garden or Oceanview, eight Garden rooms with jacuzzi and 10 One-Bedroom Suites also with jacuzzi. Accommodations offer scenic views of Great Courlan Bay, tropical decor, personal climate-controlled air conditioning units, a ceiling fan, mini bar, in-room safe, teleppones, satellite television and two plush bath robes.

Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner (combination of buffet, table d'hote menus and barbecues), all beverages and house wines by the glass (premium bottled wines and champagne available at a charge), fruit tray in room on arrival, use of fitness centre, one complimentary scuba session in swimming pool, all non-motorised watersports & snorkelling equipment, nightly entertainment, one spa treatment per person per day (guests can opt to take diving sessions as an alternative to spa treatments, 3 dive sessions per 7night stay).
