The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the beach, 15 km from the airport and within walking distance of the commercial heart of Costa Teguise (20 to30 minutes).

The hotel has a variety of a facilities and service available to the guests including a swimming pool, children's pool, playground, daily activity programmes, table tennis, water ball, volleyball, darts, French bowls, shooting, archery, gym, tennis, padel, etc. There is day and evening entertainment organised weekly. Other activities in and close to the hotel include golf, walking, bike excursions, windsurfing lessons, etc.
Reception is located in main building (credit cards accepted).
The eating facilities at the hotel include the La Carabela Restaurant offering buffet night twice a week along with normal meals daily, a snack bar and a pub.

All of the 150 guest rooms are decorated to a high standard and fully furnished with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, telephone, TV, air conditioning, safety deposit box and a terrace. Baby cots are available on request from reception.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast (7.45 am to10.30 am), lunch (1.00 pm to 3.00 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm to 10.00 pm); all meals are served buffet style with the option of show cooking. During meals soft drinks, water, house wine, beer, spirits, tea and coffee are available. Between the hours 1.00 pm and 5.00 pm snacks are available at the La Goleta snack bar. Local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks like beer, water, soft drinks, coffee, house wine, etc are served at all the hotel bars. The daily cocktail is available at the disco La Maraca between 7.00 pm and midnight.
The all inclusive sports and activities include table tennis, volleyball, darts, French bowls, shooting, archery, etc as well as a wide range of sport activities shows and entertainment programmes witch include live music and discos. Also available is a Mini club, playground and daily entertainment for children aged 4 to10 years.
