The facilities provided for guests includes a reception, currency exchange, mini market, laundry facilities, parking and courtesy bus to the beach.

The complex has two swimming pools, one of which is a children's pool, sun terrace with loungers, pool side snack and beverage bar, table tennis, pool table and entertainment most evenings.

The complex has 59 apartments over 3 floors. Apartments have an en suite bathroom, separate living areas and kitchens with contemporary wood decor. Apartments are also provided with satellite television and most have a pool view.
