The facilities include restaurant, pool bar and pastry shop. Sports and leisure facilities include a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, tennis courts, mini golf, basketball, badminton court and beach volleyball. Boat hire and diving centre can be found near by (local charge). Further facilities include safe deposit box hire from reception and parking.

Apartments are all provided with a bath or shower, hair dryer, WC, kitchenette, microwave, cooker, coffee machine, fridge, safe, air-conditioning and a terrace or balcony.

The apartments are located 3 km from the centre of Porec, where a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest beach is approx 300m.
