The hotel is located about seven k from the airport and 600 metres from El Castillo Beach.

The hotel offers a range of facilities and services including two fresh water swimming pools, free sun beds and parasols, gorgeous gardens, solarium, ping pong table, billiards, a mini market and a laundry centre. Eating facilities at the hotel include a buffet restaurant, the bar salon and a pool bar all serve a variety of drinks, snacks and main meals.

All of the guest rooms are brilliantly decorated and fully furnished with a bathroom, living room, kitchen with utensils, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (addition charge). The maid cleans the guest rooms 3 times a week.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast (8.00 am to 10.30 am), lunch (1.00 pm to 3.00 pm) and dinner (6.00 pm to 9.30 pm), all meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. During meal times drinks such as water, juices, refreshments, wine, sangria, soft and alcoholic drinks as well as cocktails are available. Tea time is between 3.00 pm and 4.00 pm at the pool bar. Alcoholic drinks are available at the bar (11:00 am to 6.00 pm) and at the restaurant (6.00 pm to 11.00 pm). All inclusive sports facilities include table tennis, billiards, water volley and a entertainment programme.
