The hotels facilities are 24-hour reception desk with currency exchange service, a 24000sqm garden, hairdresser, Swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, Spa, minimarket, games room, conference room and a cosy snack-bar. Laundry service is available at an extra charge as well as a babysitting service (on request). The hotel provides a mini bus service to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:30, two settings), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals house wine, soft drinks, beer and mineral water are offered. Gala dinner takes place every Tuesday and starts at 20:30 (table service, set menu, entertainment along). Snacks such as sandwiches, fries, salads, burgers, etc are available between 11:30 & 12:30 at the hotel bar as well as a variety of sweets, pasta, cakes, etc and ice cream for kids from 17:00-18:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, tea, vodka, rum, gin, wine, cocktails and beer are served from 11:00-23:00 at the bar.
