Having undergone a hugely impressive refurbishment and remodelling of its 80’s style hacienda origins, this property oozes sophistication and has secured its spot on the radar of A-listers from the worlds of film, music and sport. Manicured lawns, the softly rolling wooded hills of Calblanque, and beautiful vistas of palm-tree-laced golf courses frame the property to perfection.
Moorish-style fountains greet you at a wonderfully understated lobby which brings together teal sofas, art deco lamps and wood panelling in a very Mediterranean style. Guest bedrooms really impress with a colour palette of warm coral shades and superb furnishings. Terrace sizes are commensurate with the room type booked, and golf course views are particularly sought after.
From elegant poolside restaurants and splendid fine dining options at Amapola and Asia, to the sublime La Cala for the finest paella. There is cuisine for every palate. For drinks, there are two bars, including The Last Green cocktail bar and 37 Spikes & Sports Bar.
Along with a choice of three golf courses, all of which have a royal charter, there's a clubhouse and shop, as well as a tennis academy with no fewer than 28 clay courts. For a swim, you'll find two outdoor pools: an adults-only infinity pool and one for families, as well as a heated, indoor one in the newly built spa, which also includes a sauna, steam room, thermal circuit and treatment rooms.
A shuttle service runs to nearby La Cala Cove during the summer months.
