The facilities and services within the complex include five floors, 24 hour reception hall located in the basement, outside pool with sun deck, sun loungers and umbrellas, upper hall between the restaurants, with info corner and Internet, two lifts, luggage room, shop, mini market, car parking, stage for activities, laundry service, children play ground, pool towels, baby corner in the restaurant and baby sitting (upon request). The spa and wellness area (opening end of 2008) offers gym and fitness, indoor pool, beauty parlor, massage rooms, sauna, steam bath, gymnasium, fitness and cardio fitness.

Sports and leisure consist of aerobic, billiards, boccia, table- tennis, volleyball, water gymnastics, mini golf and jogging. Also available are kid's play ground and fun fair, mini golf course, jogging area, multipurpose court with artificial green and theme water park Lago Oasis.

All rooms have balcony with chairs, table and one sun lounger, side view to the sea, bathroom with bath tub or shower, hair dryer, magnification mirror, air conditioning, telephone, satellite television with video channel, mini bar and safe deposit box.

The suites comprise of a living room, bedroom and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the double rooms comprise of bathroom with shower or bathtub.

Located just 70m from the beach and 5 minutes to the resort centre. The hotel is situated 4 km from Puerto de Mogan and 100m from the bus stop. A golf course can be found 4 km away.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The AI programme consists of breakfast 07:00-10:00, lunch 13:00-15:00 and dinner 19:00-22:00 with show cooking and theme evenings, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals hot & cold beverages are offered. Late Continental breakfast takes place from 10:00-11:00 at the bar bistro Paraiso.

Snacks are available from 11:00-13:00 & 15:00-18:00 at the Paraiso bistro bar. Coffee time with cakes is from 16:00-17:00, once weekly. Once per week as well there will be Barbeque Atlantico (small bbq snacks) in the morning and gala dinner in the evening. Daily midnight snacks are on offer at the Piano lobby bar at 24:00.

Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like draught refreshments, juices, coffee, infusions and cocktails are served from 09:00-01:00 at selected bars - according to each outlet's timetable.

Formal dress code required for dinner (no shorts) and for the Gala dinner, elegant dress code. In order guests to take advantage of the AI concept, they are obliged to wear an identification bracelet.

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis squash, paddle, gymnasium, access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and free entrance to the Lago Oasis aqua park.

Chargeable Extras: Special brands, exclusive drinks, special wines, floodlit courts and tennis/squash/paddle equipment are available at a charge.
