The hotel is located 35 km from Bodrum-Milas Airport, around 40 minutes by car and 1 km from Bodrum town centre. Within 2 km of the hotel sights to see include; St Peter's Castle, the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, the Ruins of Halicarnassus Mausoleum, and the Amphitheatre.

Facilities include a swimming pool surrounded by terraces and flower gardens with sunbeds and parasols. Inside, there is a fitness centre and sauna, pool bar, lobby bar, as well as a reading and games room. Mediterranean and regional dishes are served in the Defne Restaurant, which extends onto the poolside terrace during the summer months.

Guests of the L'Ambiance Resort have free access to the Xuma Exclusive Beach Club, located at Yalikavak. There are daily free transfers to the beach club for guests along with parasols, sunbeds, hammocks and pillows. Tennis court, volleyball, basketball, wall climbing, water trambolin are available free of charge. Windsurfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, pedalos and canoes are available at a charge. Coke, fanta, sprite and water are free of charge and all other food and beverages available for an extra charge.

The 162 guestrooms are provided with air conditioning, cable television, safes, hair dryers, telephone, balcony/terrace and fridge.

The Ultra All Inclusive consists of buffet style meals served in the main restaurant, breakfast 07:30 - 10:00, late breakfast 10:00 - 11:00, lunch 12:30 - 14:30, and dinner 19:30 - 22:00.

Guests may also dine A'la carte prior to reservation, Kebab restaurant is included 20:00 - 22:30 (6 days a week) and an additional charge is payable locally for Italian cuisine 20:00 - 22:30 (6 days a week).

Snacks are available 12:00 - 17:00 (Turkish pizza, burger, pizza, salads and spaghetti)Pool Bar, Coffee & Cake 17:00 - 18:00 Pool Bar & Lobby Bar and late snacks 24:00 - 00:30 Main Restaurant.

In all food stations local soft and alcoholic beverages are served during operation hours. Drinks (local soft and alcoholic) are also available in the Lobby Bar 10:00 - 02:00, Pool Bar 10:00 - 24:00 and Vitamin Bar (softs drinks only) 10:00 - 19:00. Bottles of water are included in rooms.

Leisure facilities include darts, table tennis, aerobics, fitness room, sauna, shuttle minibus, and at the Beach Club water cycle, canoe and windsurfing.

Additional charges apply for Imported drinks, available in Lobby & Pool Bars during operation hours, V.S.P & V.S.P.O drinks, room service, massage, peeling, diving, para sailing, banana, ringo, windsurfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, pedalos and canoes.

At the beach club coke, fanta, sprite and water are free of charge and all other food and beverages available for an extra charge.
