These family run studios are ideally situated, just a short walk from the beach and the busy resort centre with its bars and restaurants. The complex features a swimming pool with children's section and a poolside snack bar.

Located 200m from the beach and just 100m from the resort centre where many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues are to be found.
Heraklion Airport is approx 32km from the resort of Stalis.

Facilities include a swimming pool with childrens section, sun terrace with loungers and a poolside snack bar with Wifi internet access.
Rooms
A total of just 15 studios, each provided with private shower-room, kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, kettle and a fridge as well as a balcony or terrace. A safe deposit box is available to hire locally.
Rooms are cleaned six times a week, with bedlinen and towels changed twice a week.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
