The facilities provided for guests within the hotel includes a 24 hour reception, guest relations service, 24 hour room service, lobby, beach and pool bars, 3 restaurants, internet access, open air theatre, laundry and mini market. There is also 24 hour medical assistance, TV lounge and fitness studio.

For the younger guests the hotel offers baby sitting services, children's menus and high chairs in the restaurant and a children's mini club. The hotel also offers 2 swimming pools, children's pool, sun terrace with loungers and a private beach with beach towels provided from the reception. Parking is also available for guests arriving by car. Some facilities may incur a local charge.
