Kiparisite Hotel is set in pleasant gardens and has an outdoor swimming pool with childrens section and a sun terrace; a fitness room, a sauna and a games room.

The hotel has a restaurant, a bar, a panoramic roof bar and a pool-side bar. Safety deposit boxes are available for rent from the reception.

Kiparisite Hotel is only 80m away from the beach in the holiday village of Zora at the northern end of Sunny Beach. It is approx 3km from the centre of the resort and 8km from the historical town of Nessebar.

Sunny Beach is approx 35km to Bourgas Airport and 101km to Varna Airport.
