The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, swimming pool, pool bar which also serves snacks with a satellite TV and complimentary sun loungers and parasols.

There is also internet facilities, occasional Turkish night, video games and a waiter service international restaurant. A selection of water sports can be found at the beach.

Some facilities may incur a local charge.

Satellite/TV

The complex offers studios for 2-3 persons which are located on the top floor/attic and have one double or twin beds with an extra bed (in studios for 2 the extra bed is only suitable for child up to 12 years), individually-controlled air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, telephone, kitchenette with a fridge, shower room and a balcony.

One and two bedroom apartments with separate living areas are also available.

The apartments are situated approx 300m from Marmaris man-made sand and shingle beach, within 50m to the nearest bars, restaurants, shops and mini-market and approx 500m to the night life of Marmaris.

Dalaman Airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Lowest Prices Guaranteed

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
