The Kenzi Europa property is 100 meters from Agadir beach and 300 meters from downtown Agadir, in the middle of lively shops and restaurants.

Swimming pool heated in winter, sun beds, parasols and towels by the pool, sauna, tennis, football, volleyball, handball, water-polo, gym, childrens mini club, pool table, shows and live music till midnight, 2 restaurants, BBQ and 3 bars.

The hotel consists of 236 rooms and suites, all with bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar, safe and hairdryer.

The All-inclusive programme consists of breakfast (06:30-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-12:00), light lunch (12:30-15:00) and theme dinner (19:00-22:00, Italian, Spanish, international, etc), all in buffet style. Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant, late breakfast at the snack bar and lunch by the pool. Lunch for children is also available. During meals local wine, water, lemonades and local draught beer are offered. Tea and coffee time with pastries is between 15:00 - 17:00 around the pool. Locally produced alcoholic drinks like draught beer, wine, gin, vodka, manzana, highlander, soft drinks like water, coffee, tea, juices,etc are served from 10:00-24:00 at the bar. In-room mini bars are filled with a bottle of mineral water upon arrival.
