Located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, the hotel is situated right next to the Gondola lift station that takes you all the way up to highest snowcapped slopes. Half pipes and snowboard facilities and a biathlon track with shooting range also nearby.

The centre of Bansko with its bars, apres-ski pubs and traditional restaurants are all within walking distance of the hotel.

Bansko is approximately 170 kilometres from Sofia airport and 150 kilometres from Plovdiv airport.
