The Kassandra Palace Hotel offers guests a saltwater pool, children's pool, pool/snack bar, beach snack bar, free sunbeds and parasols, free beach and pool towels, keep fit classes, games room, video games, pool table, table tennis, boules, floodlit tennis, volleyball, water polo and watersports (at the beach, local charge). The hotel offers a satellite television lounge, lounge bar with live music and the hotel provides shows‚ dancing‚ Greek nights‚ bingo and sports tournaments. There is live music in the taverna in the evenings and a beach party in the high season. The hotel does provide an activity team that offer a hotel run play area and a supervised playroom. There is a mini market, gift shop, hairdressers and internet service (local charge).

There is a restaurant serving a buffet breakfast and dinner. Dinner is also available at the hotel taverna and lunch is available at the taverna‚ pool bar or beach snack bar. There is also a café. The hotel offers a separate children's buffet.

The hotels guestrooms have 2‚ 3 or 4 beds and benefit from radio, satellite TV, fridge, hairdryer, private bathroom and air conditioning (July and August). The family rooms have four beds (4th bed is only suitable for a child up to 12 years). Please note that space within the rooms will be limited when guestrooms are at maximum occupancy. Single rooms are available.

The hotel apartments are either twin bedded or have a double bed and 2 sofa beds. Each benefits from kitchenette (2 electric rings, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), satellite TV‚ radio‚ private bathroom, hairdryer and air conditioning (July and August).

The hotel can be found on the beach 2km from Kriopigi (hourly buses run to Thessaloniki and Paliouri in high season). The hotel offers a free bus service to Kriopigi. The hotel is 90km from Thessaloniki airport.
