Facilities include a 1 km long beach, forming two bays, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, 2 swimming pools of which one is heated in winter time with children's pool, health club with sauna, massage and gym, horse and camel riding area, lawn football field, 2 clay tennis courts, mini beach football and beach volley ball area, kids club with beach playground, diving school and water sports centre. Further services offered include 24-hour reception, laundry service, shops and shuttle bus service to nearby Abo Dabbab Beach.

Dining options available include; the Laguna Main Restaurant (buffet service with indoor and outdoor seating), Arabbiata Italian Restaurant, On the Rocks Seafood Restaurant and Bar, 2 Pool bars, Tequila's Bar with billiards table, Lobby Terrace Bar, Planet Bedouin (genuine Bedouin tent located right on the beach offering oriental drinks, water pipes (shisha), and weekly Bedouin dinner), Beach Bar and the Mine Pub and Discotheque with DJ music all night long.

A total of 198 chalets, each sized at 55 sqm and built with natural stone. All rooms are provided with air conditioning, satellite TV, mini bar, international direct dial telephone, private bathroom with hairdryer and terrace/balcony furnished with sun-beds, tables and chairs.

The resort is located 38 km from Marsa Alam International Airport and 270 km from Hurghada International Airport.
