There are 240 apartments within the complex each offering 2 or 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king or queen size beds with en suite bathroom with twin or double beds in the other bedrooms. There is a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Further facilities include air conditioning, heating, direct dial telephone and satellite TV.

The apartments are situated in a good location close to many restaurants, bars and shops. Walt Disney World is just 13km and Universal Studios is approx a 25 minute drive.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.
