The facilities available to guests includes a swimming pool, children's pool, poolside snack bar and a restaurant.

There are 32 nicely furnished apartments over 5 floors (there is no lift). Apartments sleep up to 4 people and are provided with shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning (local charge), fridge, kettle, 2 ring hob. Most apartments have a balcony (there are 3 without ) and a few top floor apartments have a sloping roof.

Centrally located apartments are clean, modern and well maintained. Small complex located close by to the Marmaris Thursday market and approx 500 metres from beach. The resort centre has numerous shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy and the beach has loungers and parasols to hire.

Dalaman Airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
