Facilities include buffet style restaurant, a lounge bar, a snack bar, 2 outdoor freshwater swimming pools, 1 in lagoon-style beachfront setting, both surrounded by sun terrace with loungers and parasols, as well as a hard tennis court, billiards, table tennis and a children's playground. Several nights per week live music and different shows are performed in the Lounge Bar.

Further services offered include 24-hour reception, currency exchange, free Wi-fi in lobby, conference room and daily doctor's visit.

A total of 151 double rooms spread over 4 floors, each provided with private bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, centrally-controlled air conditioning and heating, mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channels, safety deposit box rental and a balcony. Rooms can fit an extra bed or a cot, if required.

The complex is located about 800 metres from the resort centre where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. The hotel has direct beach access.

Palma Majorca Airport is approx 60 km from the resort of Cala d'Or.
