Facilities include buffet restaurant, a la carte restaurant, pool bar, lounge bar, discotheque, two outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, beach towel service, beauty centre, fitness centre with indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym. Further facilities include reception, currency exchange, Internet service, mini-market, parking and a laundry service. Guests can enjoy the following sports facilities free of charge; 2 tennis courts (1 artificial grass, lighting extra charge), mountain bikes, archery, rifle shooting, volleyball, water polo, table tennis, French bowls, aerobics, darts, aqua-gym, stretching and sports tournaments. Guests can also enjoy the use of sailing boats, catamarans, canoes and windsurf boards, one hour a day per room - with licenses or certificates. A Diving Centre and a Sailing School are also available at the Club (with a charge). The Insotel Team offers an extensive day and evening entertainment programme, which includes all kinds of sports activities, shows, competitions, Latin dance lessons, Spanish lessons and much more. The Miniclub (4 - 12 years) offers an extensive activities programme organised by its own experienced team.

The hotel has double rooms and studios all of them provided with air conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with video and music channels, safe (with charge), refrigerator, and full bathroom with hair dryer. Double rooms and studios have balcony or terrace while suites have a large balcony with sun beds. Studios come with 2 beds and a sofa bed (2 singles) and have a kitchenette with electric cooker. The rooms and studios are cleaned daily except the kitchenette which is cleaned at check out.

The AI programme consists of breakfast 08:00-10:30, lunch 13:00-14:30 and dinner 19:30-21:00, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals beer, wine, soft drinks and mineral water are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests are the theme restaurants with fixed menus and the grill restaurant Llaut. Snacks such as hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream, sandwiches and biscuits are available between 10:30 & 18:00 at the bars. Locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the bars from 10:30-23:00.
