Each home is provided with a full kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom plus at least one other bathroom. The living are has a double sofa bed. Further facilities include satellite TV, direct dial telephone, air conditioning and heating. Towels and linen is also provided. Each home is also provided with a private swimming pool with 2 sun loungers.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $500 (subject to change).

Situated in a quiet residential area the houses are ideally located just 17 km from Walt Disney World and within a 5 minute drive from Highway 192 where there is a variety of shops and restaurants as well as a Wal-Mart superstore. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
