The hotel offers guests 2 swimming pools, sun loungers and parasols (mattresses are available for a fee), pool towels (deposit required and a daily fee), 2 large childrens swimming pools with slides and water features and one indoor pool. There is a buffet restaurant, bar, snack bar, pool bar, two tennis courts, games room, table tennis, billiards, minigolf, fitness room with sauna, satellite television room, children's playground and a kids club.

Further facilities include a 24 hour reception, money exchange, life access, internet access, Wi-Fi in certain areas of the hotel, mini market, gift shop, car hire, car parking facilities and a laundry service.

Guests can also use all facilities except the restaurant at the Royal Belvedere.

The hotel is located approx 5 minutes walk from the sandy/fine stone beach with loungers and parasols available to hire. The centre of Hersonissos is approx 10 minutes walk away or a 5 minute taxi ride (to the other end of the centre), where guests will find a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurant and mini markets.

It is approximately 25 km from Heraklion airport.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast from 07.30-09.30, lunch from 13.00-14.30 and dinner from 19.00-21.30, a;; served buffet style in the restaurant. Beer, wine and soft drinks are available by the glass during meal times. All locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, ouzo, brandy and whiskey) are served from 10.00-23.00. The hotel provides snacks, entertainment and activities within the All Inclusive programme.
