The hotel facilities include a 24 hour concierge service, laundry services, internet access, limousine service shops and in house doctor. There are 3 freshwater pools open from 8am until sunset, 2 are heated from November through to April and all are set within beautifully landscaped gardens with free sunbeds and 2 pool bars. The hotel provides entertainment with various activities during the day and occasional live music, shows and dancing in the evenings and a total of 6 bars and 6 restaurants.

Guests are able to use the Madinat Makadi health club with sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Sports facilities include tennis, table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball and water sports including diving, snorkelling, sailing and water polo. For the younger guests there is a mini club for children aged 4 - 11 years, play ground and separate pools. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

The resort provides 325 guest rooms with standard rooms and suites available. Standard guest rooms are provided with a private bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, safe and a balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The all inclusive consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. All other a la carte restaurants must be booked locally at an extra charge. Snacks are served at various times throughout the day and ice creams are provided for children.

Locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are served with meals (tea, coffee and juices only at breakfast) and at selected outlets from 10:00 until 24:00
