The facilities available to guests at the complex includes a large freshwater pool with integrated children's pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a lobby, snack bar, amphitheatre, various shops and boutiques, oriental coffee house and discotheque. There is also laundry facilities, limousine service, children's clubs, play ground, baby sitting upon request and hair dresser.

Sports facilities includes tennis, billiards, aerobics, water polo, beach football, horse riding (nearby) and water sports including kayak, snorkelling, windsurfing and pedal boats. Fitness room, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are also available. The Makadi Serena Spa is also available and treatments include Vichy, Scrubs & Wraps, massages, facials, pedicure, manicure, herbal bath, sauna, hamam, jacuzzi and more. Some facilities may incur a local charge.
