On-site facilities at the hotel include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, room and laundry service (local fees) and medical assistance (local fee). In addition there are meeting rooms, gift shops, a hair salon and wedding planning assistance.

Dining options include a buffet style restaurant offering Cuban and International dishes, Mediterranean A la Carte restaurant, Cuban A la Carte restaurant and poolside restaurant serving pizzas, snacks and burgers. There are also four bars including one at the beach and one beside the pool.

There are three outdoor swimming pools which are surrounded by sun terraces laid out with sun loungers and parasols.

A relaxing Spa offers both massage and beauty treatments (local charge), jacuzzi and fitness centre.

Sporting activities include aerobic classes, archery, basketball, beach volleyball, dance lessons, football, kayaking, pedalos and tennis.

For the younger guests there is a children's pool, mini club (10am-5pm) for 4-12 years offering organised shows, games and competitions. There is also a nursery service for under 4 years (extra charge) and babysitting service (on request basis and for an extra charge).
