This is modern complex with 157 living units, 7 storeys and 3 lifts. Reception, lobby with seating areas, lounge bar, conference room, film room and non-smoker restaurant. Large sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, bar service, swimming pool, childrens pool and playground. Deposit payable for towel service. Indoor pool open to the end of April. The hotel has a pre-paid internet cafe. Guests are invited to serve themselves from the buffets for all meals. Every day, buffet corner offers to the guests a large variety of traditional dishes and regional specialties.There is miniclub for children from age 4 in the Iberostar Royal Cristina.

Rooms are comfortable with carpet, telephone, safety deposit boxes, satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning (hot/cold), bath, shower, WC and hairdryer. All rooms have daily room cleaning service and environmentally-friendly towel changing service: the guest decides when to change the towels. Towels left in the bath are changed. There is not a television music channel in the rooms ands no internet connection in the rooms.
