The facilities provided for guests at the hotel includes a reception, currency exchange, internet access, lift access, small supermarket, laundry facilities and medical assistance. The hotel offers 2 restaurants, a pool side snack bar and a piano bar.

Sports and leisure facilities include a swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers, an indoor pool, whirlpool, massage, and fitness room. There is a varied entertainment programme, games room, TV room, rifle shooting, archery, tennis court (from mid June payable locally), billiards and bicycles.

For the younger guests there is a kids pool, play ground and entertainment programme with mini (4-7 years) and maxi clubs (8-12 years) as well as a teenie club (13-17 years)

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast 07:30-10:30, Continental breakfast 10:30-12:30, lunch 12:30-18:30 and dinner 18:30-21:30, all buffet style, served in the Tramuntana restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the A la Carte beach restaurant Llevant from 12:30-15:30. Snacks such as burgers & hot dogs are available between 12:30 & 16:30 at the Burger House Llebeig. Locally produced & premium brands of international alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the Ponent salon bar (14:00-24:00), Llevant beach bar (12:00-17:00), Mestral piano bar (19:00-24:00) and the Mestral terrace bar (09:00-24:00). In-room mini bars are refilled every day with soft drinks, water and beer.

Chargeable Extras; sun-loungers & parasols at the beach, beauty farm (massage), banana boat, bicycle hire, billiards, boat trips, catamaran, diving, golf, horse-riding, jet ski, kayak, mini golf, mountain bikes, pedaloes, putting green, windsurfing, floodlit tennis, video-games, book store, laundry, doctor (available 24hrs), dry cleaning, Internet corner, leather shop, other shops, TV Room, Wi-Fi system and in-room safety deposit boxes are available at a charge.

AI guests are obliged to wear a plastic bracelet. Dress code applies at the Gregal & Tramuntana restaurants (long trousers for men). Not all the above outlets are open all year round. Also some of them are offered nearby.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
