The AI programme consists of breakfast 07:30-10:30, Continental breakfast 10:30-12:30, lunch 12:30-18:30 and dinner 18:30-21:30, all buffet style, served in the Tramuntana restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the A la Carte beach restaurant Llevant from 12:30-15:30. Snacks such as burgers & hot dogs are available between 12:30 & 16:30 at the Burger House Llebeig. Locally produced & premium brands of international alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the Ponent salon bar (14:00-24:00), Llevant beach bar (12:00-17:00), Mestral piano bar (19:00-24:00) and the Mestral terrace bar (09:00-24:00). In-room mini bars are refilled every day with soft drinks, water and beer.

Leisure facilities at the hotel include tennis (from June, with prior reservation), fitness room, jacuzzi (closed in July & August), sauna (men & women separated), two outdoor swimming pools, two kids pools, one indoor pool, sun-loungers, mattresses & parasols by the pool, pool towels (with deposit), aerobics, pool aerobics, steps, stretching, sunrise exercises, table tennis, air-rifle shooting, aqua fit, aqua-gym, archery, beach volleyball, body pump, bowling, darts, Nordic walking, pilates and walking. For the younger ones there is a playground, playroom, mini club (04-07yrs old - May-Oct), maxi club (08-12yrs old Jul-Aug) and teenie club (13-17yrs old - Jul-Aug), all from 10:00 or 10:30-13:00 & 15:00-17:00.

AI guests are obliged to wear a plastic bracelet. Dress code applies at the Gregal & Tramuntana restaurants (long trousers for men). Not all the above outlets are open all year round. Also some of them are offered nearby.
