The Iberostar Playa Gaviotas Hotel offers 2 pools, children's pool, jacuzzi, sun terrace, sunbeds and parasols and a lovely pool-side bar and restaurant. There is also the main buffet restaurant offering national and international cuisine, a theme night restaurant, the Corona Bar & Disco and the Bar Sotavento which offers evening shows and entertainment.

The hotel runs a day and evening entertainment program including a kids club and facilities include a shooting gallery, multi-sports court, a children's playroom and a bowling bar with bowling, table tennis and other table games. Spa facilities, diving school, internet and Wifi are available at the neighbouring Playa Gaviotas Park.

The All Inclusive programme offers all meals with soft drinks, local wine and beer. There are weekly Canarian and Spanish gala dinners. Snacks are available from 4.30 pm to 6pm and 9.30pm to midnight. Afternoon tea and cakes is served from 3.30 pm until 4.30pm. Hot, soft and locally produced alcoholic drinks are served from 10 am to 1 am in various bars.
