The hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and currency exchange facility. In addition there is a hairdressers, internet access, lift, tour assistance, room and laundry service, gift shops and parking.

Guests can dine at one of the 11 restaurants including a main buffet restaurant, pool buffet and 9 speciality restaurants. There is also a poolside snack bar. A drink can be enjoyed at one of the 7 bars including two poolside bars, lobby bar and sports bar.

The hotel has 8 swimming pools of which 3 are private for Maya guests and there is also a lazy river. The pools are surrounded by sun terraces which are furnished with sun loungers and parasols.
