The Iberostar Papagayo Hotel offers a pool, children's pool, sun terrace, sunbeds and parasols, pool towel service, nudist area (on roof), Wellness Centre with Finnish sauna, massage, jacuzzi (whirlpool and hydro massage), Turkish baths, solarium, tennis court, squash, table tennis, billiards and volleyball court. The hotel offers guests certain activities free of charge for one hour per person per stay (tennis, squash, jacuzzi and sauna). There is a boutique, a health and beauty centre and extensive conference facilities at the hotel. Wifi is also available in the Lobby bar for approximately 7 euros an hour.

For children there is a mini club (4 to 12 years), playground and games room.

The hotel offers an extensive and varied entertainment programme throughout the day and in the evening provided by the entertainment team.

The hotel is located 500 metres from the new marina and approximately 40 km from the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Playa Dorada Beach and to the centre of Playa Blanca. There is a local supermarket and snack bar just 1km from the hotel.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style with show cooking in the main restaurant. Small snacks are available at Pool Bar El Juncho and afternoon tea is available from 3 pm to 4 pm. The All Inclusive drinks programme includes local alcoholic and soft drinks from 11 am to 11 pm.
