The hotel is located directly on the fine, sandy beach just 6 km from the centre of Midoun, 18 km from the centre of Houmt Souk and 25 km from Djerba Airport.

Lobby with reception, no-smoking restaurant, theme restaurant, bars, Internet corner, hairdressers and shops. The swimming pool with separate children's pool is in the well-kept gardens. Sun terrace with loungers and parasols are available in the swimming pool and in the beach. Pool bar opening from 10 am till 18. The entertainment team will amuse guests during the day and in the evening with games and shows. For the smaller guests there are a separate pool and a miniclub (age 4-12) opening from 10am till 13 and from 15 am till 17.30. There is a golf course near the hotel as well as riding and bicycle rental facilities (extra charge applies to both).

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning (15.6.-15.9.), safe for hire, telephone, satellite TV, bathroom, shower, WC, and balcony or terrace.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style with international cuisine, served in the main restaurant. Snacks such as sandwiches, pizza, hamburgers, salads, pancakes, fruits and ice creams are available between 15:00 & 18:00 at the beach snack bar (09:00-01:00). In the afternoon tea, coffee and cakes are offered. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine, beer, soft drinks, cocktails, spirits, tea and coffee are served from 09:00–01:00 at the lobby bar (16:00-24:00), the beach snack bar (09:00-01:00) and the pool snack bar (10:00-19:00). Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis & fitness (both for one hour/day, booked at the reception 24 hours in advance), one outdoor freshwater swimming pool, one children's pool, one indoor pool (heatable), jacuzzi (intergrated in the indoor pool), sunloungers & parasols at the beach and by the pool, mattresses at the pool, pool towels (with deposit), playground, playroom, mini club for children aged 4-12yrs (10:00-12:00 & 15:00-17:00), beach volley, water-polo, aqua gym, aerobics, gymnastics, archery, basketball, beach volleyball, boccia, darts, bowl, table tennis, darts, hammam (once a week & with prior reservation) and beach activities such as pedaloes, wind surfing & canoe (must be booked 24 hours in advance). Entertainment includes sport tournaments, folklore shows, musical shows, competitions, karaoke, etc.
