On Arrival at the hotel, you will either be allocated the Kipriotis Panorama or Kipriotis Maris.

The hotel is located 200 m from the gorgeous beach with crystal clear waters, 3 km from the centre of Kos and jus 25 km from the airport.

The hotel has a wide range of facilities and services available to guests including two fresh water swimming pools, separate children's pool, sun loungers and parasols, table tennis, two tennis hard courts, one squash court, fitness room with sauna, jacuzzi, children's play area and entertainment witch ranges from live music to fun packed theme nights.

All of the hotels 253 guest rooms are beautifully decorated and fully furnished with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, fridge, safety deposit box, hairdryer, bathroom with WC, balcony and a mini bar is also available at extra cost.

The All Inclusive programme consists of early breakfast (5am - 7.30am), American breakfast (7.30am - 10am), long sleeper's Continental breakfast (10am - 11am), lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. AI guests are also free to use the various other restaurants for lunch and dinner, subject to availability. A selection of hot and cold snacks such as pizza, sandwiches, cakes and biscuits are available between 11am and 12pm. A variety of local soft drinks, beer and wine are available during lunch and dinner. A Coffee and cake buffet is served in the afternoon. A variety of non alcoholic drinks, including children's cocktails and alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, liqueurs, beer and wine are available from 10am to midnight. Sports facilities include tennis courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, darts, canoes, pedal boats and use of the fitness centre. There are different kid's clubs and plenty day and night entertainment for adults.
