The hotel is situated 25 km from Kos airport. The hotel is set 3 km from Kos Town.

The hotel provides a modern reception area and within the Iberostar Kos Resort guests will find a television corner, internet corner, electronic games, mini markets, souvenir shops, jewellers, hairdressers, sauna and jacuzzi.

All of the hotels luxurious rooms have been decorated and furnished to the highest standard and all benefit from a balcony or terrace offering full or side pool view and some have garden view. Each provides guests with a large bathroom, hair dryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (local charge) and fridge.

The All Inclusive programme offers early breakfast (6 am to 7 am), American breakfast with local specialities (7.30 am to 10 am), late Continental breakfast (10 am to 11 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2.30 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm to 9 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Guests can also enjoy "Zorbas" in the Hippocrates Palace for a la carte lunch (12.30 pm to 3 pm) and dinner (7.30 pm to 10 pm) as well as the "Triton" restaurant in Kipriotis Panorama for dinner (8.30 pm to 10 pm) and the Italian restaurant (selected times). For guests arriving late the hotel provides a cold buffet with hot soup (10 pm to midnight). The hotel offers hot and cold snacks (pizza, sausage pie, cheese pie, sandwiches, spinach pie, cakes, biscuits etc) on a rotating menu (11 am to noon, 11 pm to midnight).

With lunch and dinner guests can enjoy local beverages such as draught beer, house wine, soft drinks and purified water (served by the glass). Afternoon tea with tea, filter coffee, cappuccino, espresso and cake buffet is available between 4 pm and 5.30 pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as wine, draught beer, local and international aperitifs, spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, children's cocktails, soft drinks, juices (all by the glass) and purified water (by the carafe) are served at the main pool bar (10 am to midnight) and at the beach bar (10 am to 6 pm, non alcoholic drinks only).

All Inclusive sport facilities at the hotel include canoes, pedaloes, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, boccia, darts, fitness centre (aerobics, training in the complex), squash (at the Iberostar Kipriotis Panorama) and archery (at the Kos Bay View). There is one swimming pool, a children's pool, sunbeds and parasols, waterslides and sunbeds at the Kos Bay View and at the beaches. The hotel offers a typical Iberostar animation day and evening programme that includes daytime sports animations, soft live music in Kipriotis Panorama and Hippocrates Palace, evening entertainment in the Kipriotis Maris and Kos Bay View theatres and disco bar in Hippocrates Palace (until 3 am).

For children there is a super mini club, a mini club and a teenagers club. There is also the popular 'play land' (children's paradise) and a playground located at Kipriotis Panorama.
