Situated beside the pebble beach in Tahia Bay, about 1 km from the village of Cavtat and 5 km from the airport.

Facilities include reception, aperitif-bar, lounge, TV room, non-smoking restaurant, snack bar and souvenir shop as well as a swimming pool, children's pool, a pool bar, free sun-loungers and parasols, table tennis, volleyball, bowls, kid's club (ages 4-13) and a children's playground.

In the nearby sports centre 9 clay tennis courts are available, 6 of which are flood lit, for an extra charge. The Sunball Tennis School HQ is also located here and there is a fully equipped PADI diving centre (local charges apply). Windsurfing and water skiing are available on the beach for an extra charge in midsummer.

A total of 305 rooms, each provided with private bathroom with shower, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning (high season) and a hairdryer. Rooms have either balcony with or without sea views or no balcony but with sea views.

The AI programme consists of breakfast 07:00-11:00, lunch 12:00-14:00 and dinner 19:00-19:30, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast coffee and juices are offered; during lunch & dinner, coffee, juices, local beer, local wine and local liquor (only during dinner). Snacks such as cookies (16:30-17:30) as well as sandwiches and soup (23:00-24:00) are available at the restaurant or the pool bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like draught beer, draught wine, natural juices, juices from dispensers, filter coffee (from 07:00) and hard liqueurs (from 18:00) are served from 11:00-24:00.
