Facilities at the hotel include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, public internet service (local fee) and there a is locally styled shopping arcade. In addition there is a nightclub and casino.

Guests can take a dip in the swimming pool, where there is a separate children's pool and sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols.

Sporting activities include table tennis, waterpolo, tennis courts (flood lights incur charge), fitness centre and there is a range of watersports available at the beach.

An entertainment programme is available for adults and children through the day and in the evening.

Guests have a choice of restaurant options including a choice of a la carte restaurants or the main buffet restaurant. There is also a choice of bars serving drinks and snacks.

The hotel consists of a total of 346 rooms and 176 suites.

All rooms have private bathroom with bath and shower, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, mini bar (beer and soft drinks included), safety deposit box (local charge), ceiling fan, air conditioning and balcony or terrace. Rooms are cleaned daily and linen is changed twice week.

Suites are larger and have a integrated living area with sofa.

Snacks, soft drinks and locally produced alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day.
