There is a health and beauty centre that offers guests a fitness room, jacuzzi, massage and sauna. There is a car and bike rental service and money exchange facilities and baby sitting is available on request (local charge).

The hotel offers double rooms and suites in the main building and in the bungalows. All feature a balcony or terrace with beautiful views. The hotel offers several adapted rooms for disabled guests in the main building. All rooms benefit from bathroom, telephone, music, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, fridge, hairdryer and safety deposit box (local charge).

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (7.30 am to 10 am at main restaurant or 7.30 am to 11 am at the Italian restaurant), late breakfast (11 am to noon at Zorbas snack bar), lunch (noon to 2 pm at main restaurant or noon to 3 pm at Zorbas) and dinner (6.30 pm to 9 pm at main restaurant, 6 pm to 8.30 pm at the Italian restaurant or 7.30 pm to 10 pm Zorbas where there is a theme dinner once a week with reservation) all served in a buffet style. There are a variety of snacks (i.e. pies and ice cream) available from 10.00 am to 6 pm at Zorbas as well as midnight snacks (cold buffet and hot soup) at the main restaurant between midnight and 1 am. Afternoon tea and coffee with cakes as well as special children's menus are also available. Meals include international cuisine such as Italian, Greek and Spanish.

The All Inclusive drinks programme includes drinks served with meals at the restaurants (house wine, draught beer, juices, soft drinks and purified water. At the bars guests can enjoy house wine, draught beer, local and international aperitifs, spirits, liqueurs, alcoholic and non alcoholic/children's cocktails, soft drinks, juices, purified water, hot drinks (tea, filter coffee, cappuccino and espresso) at the bars from 10 am to midnight. Guests have many bar options and these are the lobby bar Mare (10 am to 1 am), the lobby bar Panorama (6 pm to 1 am), the music bar Calypso (10.30 pm to 2 am), pool bar Faethon (10 am to 6 pm), pool bar Poseidon (10 am to 6 pm) and theatre bar Delphi (8 pm to 11 pm). Guests are provided with a fridge in their room that is filled with two bottles of water on arrival.

Guests can not only benefit from the standard Iberostar Animation day and evening programmes but can also play tennis, basketball, volleyball, mini golf, table tennis, archery, rifle shooting, boccia, aerobics, games, competitions and water gymnastics. For children there is a mini club (4 to 7 years), maxi club (8 to 12 years) and teenie club (13 to 18 years) and all are open from April to October from 10 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5 pm. The hotels entertainment includes professional shows twice a week, a dance night with orchestra once a week, a nightly dance night with music and entertainment shows four times a week.
