The Iberostar Creta Mare Hotel offers 4 pools, children's pool, indoor pool (heated), sunbeds and parasols, pool towels (deposit required), reception, mini market, boutique, hairdressers, jewellers, television/video corner, children's playground, mini club (4 to 7 years), maxi club, (8 to 12 years) and teenie club (13 to 18 years). Guests can also use the facilities at the Creta Panorama Hotel. The hotel offers tennis, minigolf, volleyball, basketball, bowls, archery, aerobics, 3 floodlit tennis courts, massage, sauna, fitness room, video games, billiards, water sports and diving and tennis tuition are available (local charge). There is an entertainment programme and the hotel offers several bars, two non smoking restaurants and a taverna.

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive programme comprises of buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With meals, soft drinks, beer and wine is offered. The hotel offers a late breakfast (9.45 am to 11 am) and a long sleeper breakfast (11am to noon). Guests are able to have one visit a week to The Tavern restaurant. The All Inclusive drinks programme is local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks from 10 am to midnight at various bars (until 1 am at the music bar). Snacks and ice cream are available from 10 am to 6 pm and the hotel serves afternoon tea and cake and midnight snacks.

The All Inclusive sports programme comprises of tennis, mini golf, table tennis, archery and rifle shooting.
