The hotel offers a 24-hour reception desk, a small supermarket and a Caribbean inner courtyard with a seating terrace and fountains. Guests are also offered a shop, a boutique, a hairdresser, a conference room, public Internet terminal and for those arriving by car may take advantage of the hotel's car park. Room and laundry services and medical assistance is also offered.

In the extensive tropical gardens there is a swimming pool area with terrace and separate children's pool, sun loungers and parasols. Pool and beach towels are provided.

Guests can enjoy a drink in one of the three bars and meals can be taken in the buffet restaurant as well as 3 air-conditioned speciality restaurants (Caribbean, Brazilian, Mexican).

Children can be kept entertained in the kids club for 4-12 year olds (10 am to 5 pm) and there is a babysitting service on request, payable locally.

Sports activities include tennis, archery, table tennis, archery, basketball and there is also a fully equipped fitness room. A range of watersports can be found at the beach (some incur a local fee).

A relaxing Spa provides a choice of beauty and massage treatments (local charge).

The hotel offers 516 rooms comprising of 498 double rooms and 18 suites.

All rooms feature twin or double bed, ensuite bathroom with hair dryer, air conditioning, hire safe, cable TV and coffee maker. A mini bar, iron/ironing board and balcony or terrace is also featured. Rooms sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Suites are positioned closer to the beach and offer a separate living area.
