The facilities provided for guests includes 24 hour reception, concierge service, business centre, currency exchange, laundry/dry cleaning, car rental, gift shop, on call doctor and hotel parking.

The hotel has 2 free form swimming pools which are divided by waterfalls, a lava tube slide, outdoor whirlpool and interactive children's pool. There are sun terraces surrounding the pools, a full service spa, salon and a fitness centre. The hotel also offers hula lessons, lei making, aqua aerobics, tennis and water sports including surfing, kayaking, windsurfing and scuba diving. Live evening entertainment is also provided.
