Facilities at this resort include 2 restaurants, 2 bars, souvenir shops, salt-water pool, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, ice cream machine, laundry services and medical services. The resort also offers a wide range of activities including mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, sailing, windsurfing, billiards, beach volleyball and bird watching tours.

Accommodation consists of 24 huts or bungalows on stilts, located on the bank of the lagoon. Huts all have a muslin draped four poster bed, open air bathroom with bamboo shower and solar heated water. As there is no electricity, light is provided by candle and ceiling fans are powered by solar energy. Each hut has a private terrace with it's own rowing boat.

The resort is situated on a wetland estuary in a nature reserve, fronted by miles of sand. The nearest shops and entertainment venues can be found in Puerto Vallarta which is 2 hours away.

Puerto Vallarta Gustavo Diaz Ordaz Airport is approx 30 minutes form the resort of Puerto Vallarta.
