Facilities include 24-hour reception service (safety deposit boxes, exchange service, car rental etc.), lobby hall, amphitheatre, doctor's office, mini market, boutique, children's playground, mini club, games room, TV room, bar and air-conditioned restaurant. Next to the pool there are sun beds and umbrellas as well as a pool bar with a variety of drinks and snacks. The hotel consists of 92 rooms, each equipped with smoke detector, air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial phone, music broadcasting, balcony or terrace with garden view and private bathroom with hairdryer, bathtub, shower and WC. Sheets & towels are changed twice a week and rooms are cleaned everyday. Laundry service is also available (local charges). There is a second smaller block, set beside the quieter relax pool, just outside the main grounds of the hotel.

The AI programme consists of all meals served buffet style in the main restaurant, breakfast 07:30-10:00, lunch 13:00-14:30 and dinner 19:30-21:30. Snack time (hamburger & chips) is between 12:00 & 16:00. Ice cream is offered from 12:00-14:00. Between 16:30 & 17:30 guests can have tea, coffee, cakes and cookies. Unlimited local alcoholic drinks, soft rinks, tea & coffee are available at the pool bar from 10:00-24:00. An open-air restaurant, an air-conditioned indoors dining room, a pool bar and a service bar are at the disposal of guests

Sport facilities at the hotel include mini club for children aged 3-10 yrs (10:00-12:30 & 14:00-17:00), swimming pool & children's pool available from 08:00-20:00, table tennis, giant chess, darts, sauna, fitness centre, Jacuzzi, water-slide (12:00-12:00 & 16:30-17:30) and free shuttle service to private beach.
