The hotel features a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, concierge desk, car rental service and lifts. Additionally there is a gift shop, tour desk and safety deposit boxes. For business travellers there is also a business centre with secretarial service and video conferencing.

Guests can enjoy refreshments at either the cocktail bar or poolside gazebo bar. There is also a restaurant offering a choice of buffet or a la carte menus.

Recreational facilities include a tennis court and fitness room. Guests can enjoy a cooling dip in the outdoor swimming pool which is also surrounded by a furnished sun terrace.

The hotel is set in the business district, just north of Johannesburg. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the Sandton City shopping mall which is 500 metres away.
