There is a spa centre with 15 treatment rooms, steam room, hairdressing salon and a fitness centre. Hilton Orlando Hotel comprises of some 1400 rooms divided into 4 categories including guest rooms, suites, executive suites and accessible suites. All the rooms are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, hair-dryer, Crabtree & Evelyn amenities, in room safe, cable TV, radio alarm, direct dial telephone, coffee maker, work desk, internet access, fridge, iron/ironing board, newspapers (Mon-Fri), evening room service and air conditioning.

The suites also include living room, dining room with a table to seat 8, kitchenette and most rooms connect to guest rooms. Presidential and Signature suites also feature king master bedroom, parlour area and additional bathroom and kitchenette.
The executive rooms include king bed or 2 queen beds, housekeeping, turn down service and private access to Executive Level Floors, Executive Lounge and other Executive Level privileges.
